Japan-China Investment Development Consulting Co., Ltd. that Kaheita Okazaki who was a pioneer of Japan-China economic exchange established in 1989 has been making an effort for facilitation of investment promotion of Japanese companies to China and the activities of Japanese companies in the field. Afterwards, it came to perform businesses such as trade, outsourcing, manufacturing, agricultural production, and consulting from different angles, and changed its corporate name to Tomac Co., Ltd. in 1999.
We have devoted all energy without forgetting "backbone" and "moral" that we inherited from Mr. Okazaki and many ancient people to achieve our original mission.
For these 20 years, problems have been occurring frequently with Chinese economic development. Complicated problems of national level such as economic problems, social problems, and cultural problems have been increasing. However, we have to recall our mind of foundation now and wrestle for various problems bravely more than before, concentrating wisdom, doing our best, changing difficulty into trust.
We will push forward our duty sincerely for the better future and close relations between Japan and China.

Shigenobu Sakashita
He was born in Fukui Prefecture in 1951. After working for Asahi Kasei Corporation he studied under Kaheita Okazaki. Afterwards he engaged in cultural exchange activities between Japan and China. While he worked on interchange of Buddhism world and accepted Chinese foreign students, he focused on establishing friendly sister city relationship between Japan and China. In 1989 Okazaki sponsored and established Japan-China Investment Development Consulting Co., Ltd. Sakashita became the president of the company.
Afterwards, the company developed and altered its name to Tomac. Shenzhen office was established in 1998 and it has been offering consulting services about business operation for Japanese companies in China. This office developed, and Kaju Trade Consulting Co., Ltd.(Shenzhen) was established in 2002. Sakashita also holds the post of president of the company. Sakashita did not betray the expectation of former teacher and has been consistently promoting investment of Japanese companies in China. He is making adjustment between Japanese companies in Guangdong Province and the Chinese government as a liaison officer of Shenzhen Japanese Society of Commerce and Industry and dealing with the business guidance on customs and tax practices.
In 2006 "A prize for contribution to international peace" was presented to him by the Chinese government for long time contribution to the economic and cultural exchange between Japan and China.
